Are you a strategic road manager with a passion for data and enterprise-wide transformation? Do you want to help Rabobank accelerate the adoption of Data as a Product (DaaP) across the organization? Then we are looking for you!
As Road Manager DaaP, you are responsible for bringing together the right expertise areas across the CDAO domain to ensure alignment and progress on this foundational initiative. You will work closely with DaaP experts and coordinate collaboration between departmets and teams working on data standards, architecture, governance, and engineering. A key part of your role is to facilitate agreements with other domains to ensure consistent implementation of DaaP standards and reusable data products across the bank.
You will ensure that strategic goals are translated into concrete deliverables and embedded in the backlogs of the relevant departments. You are also responsible for creating transparency around progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that we, as a CDAO domain, take the necessary steps this year to embed DaaP into business-as-usual operations.
Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic goals into concrete deliverables and ensure they are reflected on the backlogs of the responsible teams.
• Develop a clear and aligned roadmap for the remainder of 2025 and 2026 at the CDAO level, including ownership of deliverables.
• Coordinate the DaaP roadmap and ensure alignment across workstreams and domains.
• Facilitate collaboration between Area Leads (Product Leads), Chapter Leads, and other stakeholders within the CDAO domain.
• Work closely with DaaP experts to drive the bank-wide implementation of standards and reusable data products.
• Facilitate cross-domain agreements to ensure consistent adoption of DaaP principles.
• Provide strategic advice and organize knowledge sharing on best practices related to Data as a Product.
• Promote transparency around program progress, risks, and adoption metrics.
• Communicate strategy and progress effectively to senior management.
• Ensure that by the end of the year, DaaP is embedded in standard operations and no longer requires additional oversight.
Your Profile:
• Master degree
• 5+ years of experience in roadmap or program management in data-intensive and agile environments.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple domains and priorities.
• Familiarity with data product thinking, data governance, and platform engineering.
• Understanding of the challenges of standardization and cross-domain collaboration.
• Proactive, structured, and facilitative leadership style.
What We Offer:
• A high-impact assignment at the heart of Rabobank’s data transformation.
• The opportunity to shape how the bank works with data through scalable and reusable data products.
• A collaborative and innovative environment within a leading financial institution.
