Your Role
Do you have expertise in the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain and the ability to translate complex compliance policies into practical, executable processes and systems? As a Product Manager within the FEC TM CS team, you play a pivotal role in shaping, optimizing, and implementing the Transaction Monitoring Alert Handling process. You act as the bridge between policy, operations, and IT—ensuring that regulatory and business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.

What You Will Do
- Translate FEC-related policies and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable functional requirements for the workflow system (Pega).
- Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes within the FEC Transaction Monitoring domain.
- Manage stakeholders within an international environment by means of clear communication and storytelling
- Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on compliance and operational feasibility.
- Validate that implemented solutions meet both business and regulatory needs; gather and process user feedback.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on risk impact, compliance urgency, and business value - Collaborate with tech, operations and compliance department to deliver good quality solutions within the agreed timelines.
- Ensure continuous alignment with the Rabobank risk appetite, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International business, Process Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Business Analyst, Project manager or Product Manager, with demonstrable expertise in the FEC Transaction Monitoring domain.
- Experience with corporate clients, ideally in the Rabobank Wholesale and Rural domain
- Proven ability to interpret and operationalize compliance policies into system and process design.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, result driven, structured, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of Agile Ways of Working and/or Lean methodologies.
