Playing an essential role in digitising and innovating Rabobank’s Wholesale and Rural products globally. As a Process Manager you will join the CPO W&R organisation in the Global Workflow Squad.

You and your job
As a Process Manager you make a contribution by playing an important role in the implementation of a new way of Working, the further digitalisation and optimalisation of our Wholesale & Rural organisation. Rabobank Wholesale & Rural is in transition; working towards one global and uniform way of working. Not only by implementing a new system, also by centralizing her operations activities in Ireland and the Netherlands. This change management process is creating ongoing and more work for a Process Manager who will play a very important role in this throughout the value chain. As a Process Manager within the Workflow squad, you can make a difference by creating and implementing new and adjusted processes related to our products and services.

Fine working relationship
* In the team CPO W&R Financing Loan Products & Payments, Workflow squad
* Together with a full team including a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Testers, Developers, Scrum Master etc.
* 36 hours per week

Work and pleasure
The Area Loan Products & Payments has the full accountability for the run, change and win-agenda for a broad range of products. That includes being compliant and in control for running the operations, determining the priorities of the technology and digital agenda and determining the product strategy together with the various stakeholders. Within Area Loan Products & Payments, we are divided over quite a number of squads each with their own product management responsibilities. Teams are based internationally, creating a very nice and intercultural way of working.

An average working day
Rabobank Wholesale Corporate Bank is on a journey to transform its Corporate Banking Activities globally and for that also wants to implement a new Global Way of Working. A Target Operating Model has been created for that and Rabobank Wholesale has the ambition to improve client experience, improve the bankers experience and automate as much as possible of the to be executed processes. An opportunity for your signature to be embedded on how things should work, globally.

Rabobank Wholesale & Rural needs someone to help drive this forward. As Process Manager you will be part of the Workflow Squad and work closely with other Process Managers out of other squads, including other Product Owners, One Operations and key stakeholders to analyse, design and drive the changes.

As a Process Manager, you will make a difference:
- By working together with a team of PO’s, Business Analysts to transform the Corporate Bank on a global level.
- By gathering, analysing and breaking down process requirements from a complex and global environment into simple digestible requirements into processes
- By setting up and maintaining a constructive relationship with our Wholesale & Rural business stakeholders community aimed at continuously improving our administrative organisation and internal controls;
- By showing a strong analytical understanding of processes and improvement areas;
- By being hands on;
- By showing Domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking products and processes;
- By striving for Continuous improvement (challenging the status quo).

You and your talent
Team work, striving for clarity, persuasive communication and a hands on mentality are clearly essential. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

* In depth working experience in a Process Manager (type of) role (hard skill!);
* You are an energetic person who knows how to enthuse and to challenge the team and global stakeholders (hard skill);
* Bachelor degree;
* Understanding of our products and services and processes from front to mid to back office;
* Knowledge of modelling risks & controls and tooling (preferably Archer);
* Knowledge of Lean ways of working;
* Knowledge of and experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps is a plus;
* Preferred Knowledge of ARIS and EPC modelling conventions;
* Recognized as a specialist, discussion partner and advisor for (senior) management;
* Result driven, problem solver & out of the box thinker
* You are self-conscious, you are aware of your unique qualities and you know how to use them to your fullest potential.
