Our four expert teams—Treasury Cash Management, Global Network Management, Reconciliations, and FMI & Regulatory Projects—collaborate to support Rabobank and its global clients.



You and your job


As a Medior Operations Control Officer you can make a difference. Through your expert process knowledge you enable GBS/Reconciliations to become better and faster with less manual work. Continuous improvement (LEAN) should be in your DNA. Analyze processes, test upcoming process (system) migrations, successful implementation and provide aftercare to the team. You will be able to develop, build and implement improvements yourself. You keep processes up to date, review all processes and make sure that all work instructions are up to date and correctly modeled conform the Rabobank conventions. In your role as Medior Control Officer you will grow as a professional.


The Operations Control Officer is responsible for exception handling, technical solutions for our Reconciliation tool, implementation of new processes, simplifying process and Continuous Improvement.


You support the Markets & Treasury Tribe & Service Centre/Group Banking Services/Reconciliations team, to improve and manage our processes with regards to reconciliations. You do so by executing a range of controls, investigating root causes and ensuring that issues are solved in a timely matter.

Within GBS/Reconciliations 20 people are working together to reconcile the settlements and bookings of daily transactions with agent banks, counter parties, and custodians. In addition, reconcile internal trades as well as trades that were booked/executed via various internal systems. We are responsible for investigating the root causes of breaks and ensuring that these breaks are resolved by us or the relevant departments. In addition, we manage the incoming and outgoing claims from/to counterparties. Working together is the way we work; as 1 results-driven/problem-solving/focused/analytical/expert/Negotiating and Networking team at Rabobank. You and your talent
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field or demonstrable HBO plus work and thinking level.
• A sharp analytical mind and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across borders and departments.
• A proactive attitude and eager to learn, improve, and lead change.
• Preferably Green Belt certified and knowledge of Power BI
