FEC Wholesale & Rural Change Oversight Support Officer
Are you the one who coordinates change successfully across different regions as part of a global oversight team delivering a cross-functional FEC project portfolio?
You and your job
Financial Economic Crime (FEC) Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Operations is responsible for the operational management of FEC within the Global Regions where Rabobank is active, including Europe, North America, South America, Australia & New Zealand and Asia. With approx. 750 FTE across the five regions, effective change management is a critical component to the success of our teams. This requires central oversight in order to maintain an effective and efficient FEC workforce.
As FEC W&R Change Oversight Support Officer, you will play a central role in creating and maintaining full transparency on the change roadmap for FEC in the W&R regions. You will be part of a team that operates as a gateway between the Regions & the Global FEC Pillars of CDD, TM & Sanctions. You will work closely with the central FEC W&R Governance & Change Oversight team and Regional FEC Change crews to coordinate the implementation of global FEC projects and change initiatives in the W&R regions. You will help to manage change oversight supporting the Regions & the Global FEC Pillars in achieving their shared goals through clear expectations management, supportive change monitoring structures, progress reporting and transparent communication measures.
In daily practice, you play an important role in the central team and the international network to make the execution run smoothly by contributing to the various action plans, (progress) reporting, presentations and (virtual) meetings. With your positive energy, can-do mentality, structured mind-set, great communication skills and eagerness to learn more about FEC, you will make a difference to the delivery of our the Global FEC change agenda for W&R Regions.
Practical Examples
• You own or actively contribute to key deliverables to establish ongoing FEC change oversight e.g. the regional FEC W&R rolling change calendars and regional change capacity pipelines
• You deliver FEC W&R change progress reporting to the FEC W&R Management Committee
• You prepare and follow up on Regional FEC Change Working Group and Change Crew meetings and look after progress reporting for a number of W&R regions

• You take part in change initiatives or manage your own (sub)projects/research as part of the overall strategic or organizational roadmap for FEC W&R

You and your talent
• Academic education/ level of thinking and up to 2-3 years of work experience;
• Affinity with the financial world, FEC/compliance, project management and change processes;
• Ability to manage own workload, working to deadlines and able to balance different priorities;
• Experience with and enjoy working in an international environment;
• A pro-active team player with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude. PMO experience is an advantage;
• Great organizational, communication and presentation skills;
• You enjoy learning more about organizational topics and processes. You take on new challenges with a positive outlook. You see room for development, both within organizations and within yourself;
• Proficiency in English (oral and written). Good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
