"We are looking for a very experienced Data Management Consultant for Area Data Platform, Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platforms with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of Collibra and experience in data governance implementations in financial institutions."


You will be a part of Global Data Platform Data Management team that owns data governance vision for the platform, insights for the platform and empowers users of the platform to be compliant and make most of the data.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Design and create insights for the platform
• Ability to create meaningful insights on the platform
• Analyse complex topics like unstructured data, external data, governance changes
• Establish governance standards and procedures
• Be responsible for the improvements for Data Catalog
• Achieve high coverage percentage for producer engagement
• Coach other team members
• Achieving high user satisfaction scores, working with user feedback on the product

Knowledge and Experience:
• Certification and Knowledge of DAMA (CDMP), knowledge of GDPR
• Academic background (Masters degree)
• 10+ years’ experience in business analysis, data stewardship
• Knowledge and experience with data platform implementation, creation of insights
• Experience as Product owner (nice-to-have)
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of Collibra
• Experience with Collibra implementation projects

1. What result do you want to achieve (for yourself)?
For ensuring complete and future proof Data Governance on Global Data Platform we need to
- Approach for Unstructured data for GDP from data governance perspective
- Improvement roadmap for Data Producer user experience on GDP
- To ensure data discoverability deliver standards for data set naming conventions and descriptions

2. What is the intended situation on the end date?
Deliverable 1: Approach for Unstructured Data
Desired result: GDP data governance decisions updated for Unstructured Data and ready for implementation
Timeline: mid 2026

Deliverable 2: Deliver analysis and improvements to Data Producer user experience on GDP
Desired result: in cooperation with Chapter Design a roadmap is delivered for improving Data Producer user experience on GDP
Timeline: end 2025

Deliverable 3: Current data set names and descriptions are analysed and standards are created to ensure better discoverability of data on the platform
Desired result: Clear standards are available for data sets naming and descriptions.
Timeline: mid 2026

3. What specialist knowledge is required?
- Hands-on Collibra implementations experience
- DAMA certification and knowledge (CDMP)
- Data governance design and implementation experience

4. What instructions do you want to be able to give to the self-employed person?
- the results have to take best practices and experience from implementations to be future-proof.
- from the start we will clearly define the deliverables stated in question 2 so that the self-employed has a clear understanding of the expected result. The person will work independently towards the desired outcome by utilizing best practices and experience from his/her previous implementation projects.

5. What role will the self-employed person fulfill within the project and how do the activities differ from the activities of employees?
- the person will focus on three deliverables and be responsible for the result, the person will not be focussing on business as usual topics.
- the person should also themselves define a plan how to make sure that described deliverables are delivered, what meetings are needed and what inputs will ensure success of the deliverables.

6. Is the self-employed person free to determine the time and place of the work to the extent possible?
- the person is free to determine the time and place of work and should use their own equipment.
