Resource Planner CWI Hoogezand Job Description Ensure the balance in the availability of NAM Hoogezand Well Services resources for the routine CWI activities within NAM. With a focus on the deployment of the right competent people and resources to achieve an efficient execution. Responsible for resource allocation of crew and equipment to jobs scheduled as per plan. Work together with NAM planning department to enable/unlock highest business value for the business making optimal use of the NAM HGZ Well Services? constraint resources. Besides above the following responsibilities are: ? Ensure HSSE is integrated in the procedure and execution of completion and well intervention operations. Actively promote HSSE and Sustainable Development (SD) in all activities and ensure compliance with business principles. Lead the development of annual safety goals and action plans. ? Book / schedule due courses for the field crew to maintain their competence. ? Act as a backup to the business support role in helping out with backlog and/or issues regarding SAP & EDM (time-writing, daily reporting, procurement etc.) ? Support operation departments with various activities The Hoogezand Wells Services Own & Operate organization provides all routine Wellhead Maintenance, Wireline, Well testing & pumping operations for all NAM?s on- and offshore wells and supports the non-routine CWI and P&A operations. It includes a workshop facility where well intervention equipment is prepared and maintained. The team consists of 40 NAM staff and additional contingency workforce. The annual spend is ~?13mln. Approximately 2700 routine well intervention jobs are performed on an annual basis. They also support non-routine CWI and P&A operations. Dimensions ? Location: office based ? The department is split up into Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) and Well Engineering (WE). WE is mainly involved in design and planning of P&A and limited amount of development of new wells, workovers, sidetracks on existing wells. There is expected to be 2 continuous land P&A strings (HWOU + rigless) and 1 continuous offshore P&A string from 2024 onwards. CWI is involved in Routine and Non-Routine WRFM well interventions as well as supporting the P&A activities, including P&A on a Wire. P&A on a Wire is expected to be one of the fastest growing activities within NAM. Its focus consists of proving the concept of alternative and new well abandonment technologies and design efficient execution strategies for the NAM Well abandonment portfolio of more than 1000 wells onshore and offshore.
