Purpose & Accountabilities
Main role is to manage and coordinate all required CWI materials for the P&A activities in NAM. Besides this, the successful candidate is expected to assist and stand-in for the Wells Supervisor of the Well Services Workshop.

CWI Material Management for P&A activities
General
•    Responsible for stock management of the P&A CWI materials during design and execution – actively drive efficient use, reallocation, or resale of stock.
•    COS & COC management for several P&A CWI materials.
•    Material management contact person for P&A engineers.

Design Stadium
•    Organize the required P&A CWI materials for every well in the maintenance system. Where required order long leads and control in time delivery.
•    Build up technical competence on P&A CWI materials to advice engineers and perform QA/QC on the required P&A materials.
•    Develop Sustainability/Sales opportunity for materials of all Abandoned Wells.

Execution (CWI pre-rig & rig work scope)
•    Pre-rig work scope:
o    Order and track delivery times to ensure Long Lead materials (LL) are stored at HGZ before execution.
o    Track LL items throughout Abandonment scope and ensure all equipment will be send back to HGZ for Re-use
o    Optimize Stock levels by max. re-use opportunity which reduces ABEX
•    Rig work scope:
o    Liaise with the P&A unit operations team to check completeness of all P&A CWI materials sufficiently ahead of execution.
o    Liaise with P&A unit RLWC and NAM HGZ to coordinate logistics of sending all required CWI materials to rig site ahead of execution.
o    Liaise with P&A unit RLWC and NAM HGZ to coordinate logistics of getting all required CWI materials from the rig site back to storage yard post execution.


Assistant Supervisor for Well Services Workshop
Supporting and standing-in for the Supervisor for the Well Services Workshop. Responsible for the support regarding the delivery / maintenance, repair and certification of down hole and surface equipment for the well services field teams. Accountable for cost efficient preventive maintenance, repair, material certification and correct delivery off well services equipment.

P&A material management:
•    All CWI equipment related to P&A activities, such as: permanent plugs, wellhead maintenance equipment, cross overs, retrieved tubing, etc.

Workshop activities:
•    Wireline plugs and safety valves maintenance and testing.
•    Wireline tools maintenance and testing.
•    Downhole gauges maintenance and read out.
•    Pressure equipment maintenance and testing.
•    Make up and testing down hole completions.
•    Maintenance on Wellhead Maintenance equipment.
•    Maintenance on Wire line onshore and offshore equipment.
•    Maintenance on all types of high pressure and high-volume pumps.
•    Registration of documentation and certification of all equipment in material management system.


Skills & Requirements
•    Wells Round 1 or equivalent experience
•    Accredited competencies in Wireline, WHM, Well Testing and/or Workshop services is a plus.
•    Technical experience regarding Wells related long lead items
•    SAP knowledge or eager to learn and quick up to speed regarding ordering process
•    Business IT competence: Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
•    Enthusiastic and strong drive to have full ownership of the CWI material management responsibilities from FED to Execution

Additional Information:
The Wells Department in NAM serves Onshore- and offshore Assets and is part of P&T Operated (PTW/O). The department is split up into Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) and Wells Engineering (WE).

Completions & Well Intervention is involved in the design, planning, and execution of well intervention activities for the Wells, Reservoir & Facility Management, New wells completion execution and P&A activities.
Such well intervention activities include well surveillance, maintenance and reinstatement of production.
The scope of the wells maintenance ranges from basic wellhead maintenance to complex multiple stage hydraulic fracking stimulation jobs to the abandonment of wells.
