 I’m looking for 2 senior talent and learning / learning and development consultants



You will support in: 
- Setting up the new global Retail Academy
- Creating first learning journeys with focus on sales excellence and customer experience
- Design learner personas for all Retail domains (PI, PB, BB, WM)
- Collaborate with our global project team and consolidate the local results on a global level
- Develop a global qualification standard & criteria for relevant roles and profiles
- Support with vendor selection for sales trainings & future simulation


3 core skills:
- Knowledge in Retail Banking, Talent&Learning and experienced in a global environment
- Strong in strategy & delivery
- Broad knowledge in new technologies and innovation
