Opdrachtomschrijving
Als Sourcing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van complexe en strategische sourcingtrajecten binnen een internationale en sterk gereguleerde omgeving. Je opereert binnen een multidisciplinair stakeholderlandschap waarin business contract owners, supportfuncties en leveranciers nauw samenwerken. De opdracht richt zich op het realiseren van sourcinginitiatieven binnen de categorie externe resources, dienstverlening en core banking services, waaronder betalingsverkeer, card services, lending services en collections. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige source-to-contract proces en adviseert senior stakeholders over sourcingstrategieën, leveranciersselectie en contractuele afspraken. Daarnaast draag je bij aan innovatie, risicobeheersing en compliance binnen de leveranciersketen. Vanuit jouw expertise ondersteun je category managers bij strategische initiatieven, business partnering en leveranciersmanagement. Je combineert inhoudelijke categoriekennis met sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden om meerdere complexe trajecten gelijktijdig succesvol te realiseren. Daarbij weet je continu de juiste balans te vinden tussen toegevoegde waarde, flexibiliteit en third-party risk management.

Wat ga je doen
* Identificeren van businessbehoeften, categoriespecificaties en requirements voor sourcingprojecten.
* Ontwikkelen en begeleiden van sourcing events en volledige RFX-trajecten.
* Voeren van contractonderhandelingen en vastleggen van contractuele afspraken.
* Begeleiden van contractgoedkeuringen, onboardingprocessen en leveranciersimplementaties.
* Ondersteunen van category managers bij stakeholdermanagement, strategische initiatieven en innovatievraagstukken.
* Uitvoeren van complexe sourcingprojecten binnen internationale stakeholderomgevingen.
* Sturen op contractcompliance en third-party risk management binnen GEP.
* Adviseren van senior management over leveranciersstrategieën en sourcingvraagstukken.

Hard requirements (reageer alleen als je hieraan voldoet)
* Minimaal 3 tot 6 jaar ervaring binnen procurement, bij voorkeur op strategisch niveau.
* Ervaring binnen een internationale financiële dienstverlener.
* Ervaring met offshore teams.
* Aantoonbare ervaring binnen de categorie externe resources, services en core banking services.
* Ervaring met betalingsverwerking, card services & schemes, lending services en collections.
* Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Assignment Description
As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex and strategic sourcing initiatives within an international and highly regulated environment. You will operate within a multidisciplinary stakeholder landscape where business contract owners, support functions, and suppliers work closely together. The assignment focuses on delivering sourcing initiatives within the categories of external resources, services, and core banking services, including payment processing, card services, lending services, and collections. You will be involved in the entire source-to-contract process and advise senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contractual agreements. In addition, you will contribute to innovation, risk management, and compliance within the supplier chain. From your area of expertise, you will support category managers with strategic initiatives, business partnering, and supplier management. You will combine in-depth category knowledge with strong project management skills to successfully deliver multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. In doing so, you will continuously find the right balance between value creation, flexibility, and third-party risk management.

What Will You Do
* Identify business needs, category specifications, and requirements for sourcing projects.
* Develop and manage sourcing events and complete RFX processes.
* Conduct contract negotiations and formalize contractual agreements.
* Manage contract approvals, onboarding processes, and supplier implementations.
* Support category managers with stakeholder management, strategic initiatives, and innovation opportunities.
* Execute complex sourcing projects within international stakeholder environments.
* Drive contract compliance and third-party risk management within GEP.
* Advise senior management on supplier strategies and sourcing-related matters.

Hard Requirements (Only Respond If You Meet These Requirements)
* Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably at a strategic level.
* Experience within an international financial services organization.
* Experience working with offshore teams.
* Demonstrable experience within the categories of external resources, services, and core banking services.
* Experience with payment processing, card services & schemes, lending services, and collections.
* Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
