What you bring to the team

• Solid hands-on IT knowledge, including the development and operation of modern APIs within a microservices architecture, as well as experience with databases, operating systems, and programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to interpret complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information, and distill it into clear, actionable insights.
• Understanding of architecture and design across several systems.
• Relevant project experience within the banking payments domain as a Business Analyst, with a strong functional focus and knowledge of the data domain.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; an excellent communicator who can bridge diverse stakeholders, clearly present proposals, constructively challenge ideas, and build consensus as a true team player.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for tackling challenges and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles in cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
