Introduction to the job
Are you passionate about delivering solutions, do you have the right mix of technical and administrative skills to bring the ASML Security Defense services to the level our internal customers need?

ASML brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.

Context
The ASML Security Incident Response Team is looking to further step up our Service orientation and engagement with our customers and partners in the business sectors.

The ASML Security Incident Response Team within ASML through real time detection & response minimizes the damage caused by threat actors bypassing ASML preventative security controls and protecting ASML information.

By constantly improving our understanding of the threat landscape and adapting our monitoring controls we enable ASML to operate in an increasingly hostile environment.

We work closely together with other security functions and other ASML teams utilizing our shared in depth knowledge in this effort to secure the business for all our stakeholders.

To ensure we deliver what ASML needs and to constantly improve upon our delivery we are searching for a talented person for the role of Service Delivery Manager.

  • Translate stakeholder demand into delivery objectives such as new reports, process improvements, new processes, etc.

  • Measure delivery on objectives which will be milestone based. The Service Delivery Manager will be actively working to build the necessary KPIs.

  • Coach and collaborate with delivery teams (technology teams within security or working with IT) to focus on key results.

  • Identify barriers to excellence in delivery  (gaps or pain points in processes).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Sciences related field

  • Experience in Security Operations environments understanding its dynamics

  • Deep understanding of security principles, threats and trends

  • Proficient in planning, executing and tracking security projects

  • Ability to motivate security teams effectively

  • Good understanding of security risk and mitigations

  • Strong knowledge of incident response procedures and best practices

  • Good understanding of Security compliance standards and regulations

  • Basic familiarity with security tools, systems and technologies
