We are seeking an Organizational Change Expert – AI Adoption to support our company’s journey toward becoming an AI-native organization, with a strong focus on culture, communication, and engagement across all departments.

Job Mission
As Organizational Change Expert – AI Adoption, you will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of a comprehensive change strategy that enables the entire organization to adopt AI as a foundational capability. You will work across business units, IT, HR, and leadership to foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and trust in AI-driven decision-making. Your experience in leading change in complex, technology-driven environments will be key to ensuring a smooth and impactful transformation.

Job Description
You will be responsible for:


Enterprise Change Strategy: Support the development and implementation of a holistic change management plan to support the AI-native transformation, including vision, key narratives, and engagement tactics tailored to diverse functions.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across business, operations, and technology, ensuring alignment and ownership of the AI journey.

Strategic Communication: Craft and deliver compelling, transparent communications about AI adoption, tailored to different roles, levels, and channels.

Culture Transformation: Champion a culture of curiosity, responsible innovation, and continuous learning around AI, fostering psychological safety and openness to change.

Learning & Enablement: Collaborate with the ASML Academy and AI domains & foundation on capability-building initiatives, and role-based enablement programs.

Leadership Alignment: Contribute to leadership workshops and executive sessions to align vision, sponsorship, and behavioral modeling for AI adoption.

Event Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops and community-of-practice sessions to drive awareness, engagement, and peer learning.

Feedback & Measurement: Establish feedback loops, adoption metrics, and change readiness assessments to continuously improve the transformation journey.

Best Practice Sharing: Document and share success stories, lessons learned, and scalable practices to accelerate adoption across teams.

- Empathetic, trustworthy, and highly organized.

- Creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Education and Experience

- Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years focused on AI adoption, digital transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives.

- Demonstrated success in leading AI-related change programs across multiple business functions.

- Experience with enterprise-wide technology adoption, ideally involving AI, machine learning, or data-driven decision-making.

- Familiarity with Agile and Lean ways of working (SAFe preferred).

- Experience in consultancy or advisory roles is a plus.
