Senior IAM Risk Specialist

The energy transition needs you as an IAM Risk Specialist
As part of the IAM Agile Release Train (ART), you make IAM risks transparent by analyzing our applications, services, and the broader IT landscape. Your insights are crucial for making our IAM services more mature and robust, ensuring the reliability and security of our entire organization. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as a senior IAM Risk Specialist, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve:

- Analyzing and identifying IAM-related risks across the IT landscape.
- Provide your tactical and strategic advice and steering on how to deal with IAM risks within the IAM ART and beyond.
- Implementation of appropriate and effective risk control measures.
- Interpreting access logs and detecting anomalies to mitigate potential threats, including the translation to potential business impact.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in digital teams, security, compliance, and business units.

You will work in a multidisciplinary, agile team with colleagues from IT, security, and compliance. Your focus will be on renewing our core IAM applications and strengthening our overall security posture in an open and informal atmosphere.

- A completed Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in information security, risk, or IAM.
- Experience with IAM domains: IGA, PAM, and Access Management.
- Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 and/or NIST.
- Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
- Risk Management, IAM, or Cyber-related certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
- Preferably bilingual (Dutch/English) Dutch at least at level B1/B2
